Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses a state of focused relaxation and heightened concentration to help you overcome challenges and make positive changes in your life.

During a hypnotherapy session, you are gently guided into a state of deep relaxation, similar to when you’re daydreaming or completely absorbed in a book or movie.

In this relaxed state, your mind is more open and receptive to suggestions and positive influences. Using soothing language and imagery will help you address specific concerns or goals, such as reducing stress, overcoming fears, breaking bad habits, or improving self-confidence.

In hypnosis, your wonderful mind will only accept suggestions that you really want to achieve. In your Hypnotherapy session, you will be supported in defining the change you want to achieve.

I take time to understand your preferences and write a script bespoke to you. This provides better and longer-lasting results for you.

WHAT IS INVOLVED?

Hypnotherapy is delivered online.  

We will have an initial consultation to explore your needs and suitability for hypnotherapy and answer any questions (this is free and use the form below to arrange)

Before our first session, you complete an ‘intake form’ to share more about yourself, your unique goals, and the environments where you feel most at ease. This information will be used to craft a tailored hypnotherapy script specifically for you.

When we meet for the first session, we will go over and talk about the information you gave in the Intake Form before the 45- to 60-minute hypnotherapy session.  

People often experience change after the first session; however, to make lasting changes a follow-up session is one week later. This session will be 75 minutes of hypnotherapy.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?

Many hypnotherapists suggest that only one session is needed. Change is possible after the first session however, I find people are often nervous in the first session so I recommend a minimum of 2 x sessions.

The first is to make the change and the second embeds long-lasting change.

My pricing is structured in 2 session blocks for this reason. 

When we meet for the free initial consultation, I will guide you on what is best for you so that you can make an informed decision about how you would like to work.
